Are you a landowner who wants to have more forest cover around your stream, wetland, or lake? Come learn how to harvest and plant stem cuttings that can provide this cover! We’ll start in Carvel Hall with a short presentation, eat a light supper, and then travel to a nearby wetland for hands-on restoration work with cuttings. Dress for the weather and bring rubber boots and pruners/loppers if you have them!
Free workshop, but space is limited!
Register by Tuesday, April 16th by contacting Jennifer.Caudron@parklandcounty.com or 780-968-8888 ext. 8286.
