Eco-Buffers are diverse, high-density shelterbelts that look and act like natural forest! Join the Agroforestry and Woodlot Extension Society, Parkland County, and Lac Ste. Anne County for a hands-on workshop.
We’ll start with a presentation on the benefits of Eco-Buffers and how to design one. We’ll then travel to a nearby site and plant an Eco-Buffer!
Free! Bag lunch and refreshments provided. Participants should dress for the outdoors and bring their own spade/shovel.
